NME. Brand identity


NME is one of the biggest music magazines around the world? As you can see from the examples above, all the magazine front covers have the NME masthead in the top left corner? This means people can recognise it and pick it out of the magazine rack over any competitors. Brand identity is all about making people see/think positive things when they see the NME logo. This brand identity is what separates the magazines on sales. The NME brand is also how they attracts such big names to star on the front of there magazine. Examples such as the Arctic Monkeys, Paramore, Lana Del Ray and many others.
